In this 3 part series, we will have a detailed look at some of the biggest challenges that women AI enthusiasts face in their field of interest. We will also see how we can go about dealing with these issues in order to ensure that women receive equal opportunities in the field of AI. In the second article, we read about how women face challenges in career advancement and maintaining a work-life balance. In both articles, we also went through some important steps that we need to take to reduce / abolish such issues for women. In this article, which is the last of the series, we will go through the final areas in which women still struggle – Access to resources and Recognition.
